such as a cage , meaning no-one can move and you can wail on them for free.. ..or just trap the chosen creature in a box and laugh at it on a related note, d'you think I shpuld port a force cange expsy in there? edit: also, 20 ft jump (taking the ability twice out of your twenty abilities) is dc 20, 25 if it's off the floor. taking it 3 times boosts that to 35. that's not an easy jump unless your at a pretty high level

Except you can't go through a wall of force either so wailing isn't really an option. Cage is good though.
Cage, create water. mwahahahahhahaha.
Yes, because you changed the originally crappy halving.

see, I'm trying to fix problems here and your treating me like the enemy and now you can make your precious underwater knight bubble swimming attack goodness and the first suggestion was to lock yourself in there with them for the purpouse of wailing ;D

True, but the problem is you can't create enough water to make a pool so drowning them in a small space equal to their size is the best bet.
And I'm not treating you like the enemy. I'm saying my problem with force wall is gone because you fixed the original crappy halving. Now it works much better.
I'm never a fan of SP Shikai cost, but I could roll with that.

force cage ability:
Cage prerequisites: Wall Activation cost: wall cost + 2 Your zanpakuto can create a cage around the chosen target, instead of a strait wall. this cage has all the properties of your wall (material, damage, width etc) save it's height and length are as specified below. the cage forms around the chosen target as a cage that is 10 feet long, 10 feet deep and 10 feet high. if the cage is used against a creature larger than this, then it fails. the action is still consumed, but no SEP is expended You may only have one wall or cage active at one time. this ability can be taken multiple times. Each time increases the lenght, height and depth by 5 feet.

SP costs to Shikai abilities are happening, please accept this ^.^, they're rather negligible in truth. So long as you don't spam and use big attacks EVERY round

and even then, the biggest attack on this is 9 sep, which is only the same as a 5th level spell so you'd have to push it to run out at high levels

so, considering specalised abilites are currently unloved (IE: non-existant) here's a few suggestions
Armour of the High Gods Prerquisites: Perfect armour of the gods, specalised (barrier) type Activation cost: None Your armour's static bonus limit increases by + 5. for every 5 points of the static bonus, you may select Perfect Armour of the Gods again. this ability can be taken multiple times. it's effects stact
Mirror of the Ages Prerquisites: Divine Guard, specalised, 6 other barrier abilities Activation Cost: Varies As a standard action, you can duplicate any one attack that targeted you last turn. the cost of this is equal to the origional cost of the ability. This does not take into account your targets spiritual pressure. The save DC, damage, reach etc are all calculated using your own weapon, stats etc You cannot duplicate abilites of Bankai level, or their equivelants (such as Vasto Lorde/joyas de el Disablos abilities, fullbringer-unleashed abilites) or spells of the 8th level or above. You also do not duplicate any enhancements to the attack, though you do not pay the SEP for them either (eg: emulating a maximised hádo 31 would cost you 5 sep, but that attack would not be maximised)
and, going a little extreme, but what the hay
Bankai Barrier abilties: Eternal Guardian Prerequisites: None Activation Cost: None You gain regeneration equal to your fast healing +5. if you did not already possess fast healing, then you gain regenration 5. choose two energy types. these are the types that negate your fast healing. you loose any resistance or protection from these two energy types. your fast healing is negated whilst this ability is active
Bulwark of the Ages prerequisites: Armour of the gods Activation cost: Increase bankai cost by 10 sep Your Bankai forms into a shining suit of armour, greater even than the armour of the gods, that reacts and shifts in accordance to the enemies actions. This bestows the following benefits: your ac granted by the Armour of the Gods is applied to your touch AC as well as your normal AC Each turn you remain in Bankai, your AC increases by +1 You gain full fortification, rendering you immune to critical hits and precision damage
Divine Challenge Prerequisites: Lofty Challenge Activation Cost: 5 sep As a swift action, you can activate this ability. Either one enemy in your line of sight must direct their attacks against you for 1d4 rounds, or each enemy within hearing range is effected as if by your Lofty chalange ability. this is a mind-effecting ability. your opponent does not need to be able to understand you to be effected

Ooh, Daddy likey... er... They're pretty good. I like them alot, especially the new Bankai Abilities. They make sense as Bankai abilities and make some of the other ones hang their heads in shame. Which is a good thing, because Bankai abilities, besides a few, aren't very good sometimes.
