Fair enough, I didn't really take into account the fact that Modsouls make fighter's blush at everything they get(let's see, Monk unarmed damage, defense bonus, FAST HEALING!!!, Bard Skill Points, 2 features that give huge benefits over time, and additional abilities at 1st and every 3rd level allowing more power...oh yeah, and all the bonus feats a fighter gets with 0 limitations set...yeah, fighter's got nothing on Modsouls)
As such, you can just go ahead and ignore that point I made >.>

none of the normal classes have much on them (save wizard, but then, there's no feasale way to kill a wizard. the best you can hope for is a draw...) to quote the quote on the wiki: When everyones super, nobody will be (in a more posotive way, of course ;D) though I think eyes was the combat point for ranged fighters? if not I need to write one

Nah, Eyes give Spot/Search, eventual Darkvision, increase crit multiplier(of all weapons, ranged or melee), and let you ignore some concealment or fortification.
Far as I can see only weapon(and technically Mind) benefit ranged fighting styles directly.
EDIT: One other note, the Modsoul Design Soulcaster's Annihiliation Mode mentions raising their Reiatsu Stat and any Bonus SEP from it...I checked the SEP section, and couldn't find any bonus for having a high cha/int/wis etc...

ah, thats written for an SEP system we haven;t actually finished yet. general concensus is that you should get onus SEP from stats, but right now thats all we have

I'm sure this has already crossed your mind, but you could always base it off of Power Points.
I do not however, think that the bonus from a stat should be affected by your SEP progression, likely the general idea but just felt like mentioning it.

don't worry, we don't either ;D and we could do power points, ut thats too easy/complex also, we've had it pretty much readt for almost the whole time the sites been up, but it's us

Honestly, my first Bleach D20 game the DM had us get bonus SEP as Psionics do.
Higher our reiatsu stat (charisma) was the more bonus SEP. Pretty simple.

Well I'm sure you guys will know what's best, been doing great work so far.
A couple questions: The Modification Greater Spiritual Energy Cannon, generally abilities like this have the 'can be taken more then once' thing for additional Projectile(note, it says ranged in the entry) Zanpakutou abilities or Bow Attributes...was it meant to be a one time thing? Or can you take it again for more abilities?
Also: As far as I can tell Shinigami damage is unaffected by size(or rather, Zanpakutou damage is unaffected), can the same be said for a Plushie Modsoul? I can understand melee attacks given the effect Kon's kick had on a hollow(though that could have been the -4 Str losing hi maccess to power attack, and thus the big damage boost from Leap Attack), but would it affect things like the Spiritual Energy Cannon?

1) no, it should be takale multiple times 2) damage dosen;t care about size as standard, simply because it's an anime and so some thing will be rediculously huge yet not all that strong (menos as a prime example), but the DnD rules make size much stronger than the cannon. so sit in a plushie, you'll be just as effective ;D @ Major) we're tossing up that or like HP

Thank you thank you thank you!
This makes my Modsoul just devastating, and honestly...I may fight in plushie form more often then not...it's just funny seeing a small stuffed tiger roundhouse kicking a Hollow and firing a blast of energy from its little paw XD

Watch that maniacal laughter dude, it'll be the death of ya.
Let's see...for my first greater spiritual cannon I'll take Restoring and Healing, giving me Fast Healing and allowing me to heal someone with my cannon.
The second set...2 Barriers(DR6), 2 Shielding(+8 Deflection), Or just Increased Mass twice(+4d6 damage, and ignore 20% concealment)?
I have my work cut out for me.

Ah damn, no free heals for the party.
Ah well, I can work with this I suppose. This does make my next question on the combination of Penetrating shot with the Heavy Spiritual Cannon MK II's Rapid Fire ability(imagine the DC getting increased by +2/shot, and no attack roll really needed so the penalty doesn't matter).
Alright, so not AS devastating, but still pretty damn powerful.
