((Constant Release
Prerequisite: Shikai, can only be taken immediately when Shikai is achieved.
Benefit: Your Zanpakutou can never be sealed. Its Shikai form becomes its normal state. Your shikai still counts as active for all purposes at all times (eg: Surpress Reiatsu etc). If you possess a second shikai, then that must be activated as normal, and lasts it's standard duration. when it ends, your zanpakuto simply siwtches back to it's base shikai
Normal: You may only release your Shikai for a number of minutes equal to your character level. Releasing your shikai costs an action and SEP.))
Above is a copy of the wording on the website for how Constant Release works now the issue that has come up is this. [ill post a few references]
((Iron Body
Prerequisites: Armor of the Gods
Activation Cost: 2 SEP upon release
Benefit: You gain DR 2/-, which stacks with any other DR.
Special: This ability may be taken multiple times. Its effects stack. The cost does not increase with additional instances of this ability.))
((Spell Resistance
Prerequisites: Armor of the Gods, three other armor abilities
Activation Cost: 2 SEP upon release
Benefit: You gain SR equal to your character level +5.
Special: This ability can be taken multiple times, each time increasing the granted SR by 5.))
Now the issue Ive noticed is this, it states that it costs "2 SEP upon release" for both shikai abilities, but how does this work if you have a constant release?
ive heard to many idea's from my friends to count some of them rather rough like "pay that cost, it lasts for the combat". One good one I heard is that, that Sep cost is taken from your Sep pool at the beginning of the day each day so its just gone leaving you with a lesser amount to work with but I would like to hear your opinion and maybe get a change made to the feat or the shikai abilities to reflect this.
