these where Ava's words in the other thread. as this is a class feature (and thus important) I felt it needed to have suggestions given on it's own, rather than all cluttered into one post with everything else* so, this thread is for suggesting your ideas for what Ginto should work like. My idea: Quincey have a free class feat: create Ginto. this lets them make a number of different Ginto dependant on their class level, which are 1 use magic items used by the use magical device skill they have as a preset class feature. This can also be used to create other quincey items such as scheele schinders. there's no exp cost to create a ginto, but maybe one to create a scheele schnder it's simple, easy and works like the tubes are shown to in the manga - all three are a plus. it also has some advantages over kido (no need for hand movements, suprising etc) and disadvantages (can be lost, no auto regenerate etc) so, anyone esle got any suggestions? *else why did we get a forum

I liked the craft idea that it currently has. Sure its an item, but make it an item they craft.

I'm debating on making them items that can be crafted (with level requirements dependent on rank, that be recharged by taking a minute and some odd number of charges.

I had an idea that they could be devided between Ginto tubes (the object) and Ginto Techniques (the spells). Basically the tubes could be used to store a Spirit Charge (accessible via a swift action, refilled simiular to Ava's idea). The process of filling/refilling them alters the charge making it usable for Ginto Techniques.
Just a thought.

Drawing on this I am thinking of making the objects Rank Tubes, that can be used for any Ginto of that level or lower.

Last I heard, Ava was working on Ginto. Is this still the case, or does someone else need to work on some things for her?

Ava has been having real life troubes recently, so it's kinda in flux. Major is just impatient P

It's not a matter of impatience... There's a game starting soon with a number of people playing quincy, and having something like this missing from the class is a big drawback.
Does anyone have access to her notes and such about what she was going to do with Ginto? The best thing to do on a project is to have multiple people working on something and cooperating and double checking eachother.
My suggestion for ginto: Stat them up like potions and 1-use wands. Quincy get to create them for free with the use of SEP, with a list of spells that they can draw from. Simple, clean, easy. Doesn't do anything too overpowering.

I'll try to get in contact with Ava and see what she's got. If I can, I'll pick it up from there.

Exactly, I'm pretty laid back and don't care too much about Quincy, but with a game starting and people playing them... Also, why don't Quincy have full BAB? They kinda need it...

'xactly.
So +1 skill point for them (thus making them equal to the other human class fullbringer), and full BAB.
