class features:
When taking a level in arrancar, the character will also progress in the bae class as if he took a level in the base class.
weapon and armour proficiencies the arrancar gains proficiency in their zankaputo. they gain no other proficiencies
Zankaputo: A hollow that has ripped of it's own mask seals it's hollow powers in the form of a zankaputo. This functions in the same was as a shinigami's zankaputo for determining form and style. just like a shinigami, the arrancar gains 2 zankaputo types, and can qualify for zankaputo feats. the hollow gains a number of shikai abilities equal to 1/2 their hollow paragon level, rounding up, + 1.
the arrancar's zankaputo has the same enhancement bonus as one of the hollow's natural weapons, or the bonus of an equally leveled warrior shinigami, whichever is higher. the zankaputo also retains any special properties of the chosen natural weapon
sealed form: the hollow paragon has managed to regain a more human form from it's previous appearance. The more powerful the hollow, the more human the apperance - adjucha and vasto lordes have an almost fully human apperance, with just a small fragment of their mask and their hollow-hole to mark them as anything other than human. Gillian retain some of the characteristics of their previous form, and around 1/2 their mask. arrancar formed from regular hollows looks like their previous form placed over a human body, with just a damaged mask and a sword to show them as arrancar. The fragmented mask is the source of power for an arrancar, as well as a limiter. Arrancar no longer 'evolve' to a higher level of hollow (E:G a gillian arrancar will not become an adjucha at level 10) however, they do regain some mental functions, allowing them to add 2 to their charisma and either their wisdom or intelect. Whilst in the sealed form, Arrancar loose the benefits of any hollow ability that would change their form (extra limbs/increased size etc), even if they are obtained after becoming an arrancar, but retain any stat bonuses from thse abilities, as well as any hollow ability that does not change their apperance. arrancar in the sealed form do not have natural weapons.
Resurreción: Any arrancar above 10th level is capable of performing a Resurreción for 15 SEP - in addition, due to the power of the hollow, they gain the constant release feat for free. A resurreción is a standard action, and lasts for 5 rounds. after 5 rounds, they may spend an additional 5 sep to extend the duration for another 5 rounds.
Whilst in Resurreción, a hollow regains all of the hollow abilities that where sealed. it regans it's natural weapons in exchange for it's zankaputo, but all the zankaputo's enhancements are applied to the arrancar's natural weapons. it retains every shikai ability from the zankaputo. any shikai effect that would cause the arrancar to loose their zankaputo (such as summoning) causes them to loose their natural weapons.
just like a shinigami in bankai, an arrancar in resurección doubles their number of hit points.
if an arrancar ever looses the last fragment of their mask, they can no longer resume their hollow form to perform a ressureción, though they retain all other class features.
hollow ability/shikai abilitity: at 2nd and 4th level, the arrancar can choose to take either 2 adititonal shikai abilities, or 1 hollow ability (which may be an advanced ability even if they would normally have no access to them). An arrancar of 12th level and higher (same level as what a shingami can get bakai) and of adjucha rank and higher can select bankai abilities, though these are only avaliable during ressureción.
Sonido at 2nd level, arrancar gain the ability to move at blinding speeds, almost matching a shinigami's shunpo. this ability functions like a shinigami's shunpo, and begins at 5ft per SEP. it increases by another 5 feet every 2 levels the hollow advances, if the advances are in the arrancar class or not.
Cero: starting from 3rd level, the arranncar can fire a cero, or 'hollow flash'. they gain the cero hollow abillity.
segunda eparta: The strongest and most advanced arrancar are capable of a second resureción, after their initial resurreción. This ability is avaliable to arrancar who evolved from adjucha or vasto lordes only, and must be unlocked as explained below.
to unlock the segunda eparta, the hollow must be above level 15, and must die in combat (suicide/charging something you have no hope again disqualifies you from the ability) as the arrancar's life force escape, their body siezes hold of the full extent of their power. they may make a dc 20 will save, and if sucesfull, they are returned to 25% hp and imidatley enter segunda eparta without the cost, for 5 rounds. after that, the hollow can choose to enter the segunda eparta.
it costs a hollow x SEP to go into segunda eparta, which lasts for 5 rounds. The arrancar must maintain both resureción and segunda eparta to gain the benefits of this ability. activating segunda eparta is a move equivelant action that can only be done during resureción.
An arrancar in segunda eparta gains an aditional advanced hollow ability, a shikai ability and a bankai ability per arrancar level. they can redistribute all of their shikai and hollow abilities whilst in this form, though this is decided when the form/ability is obtained. a vasto lorde in segunda eparta can take 1 Joyas el disablos per 5 arrancar levels, and an adjuca can take 1/2 of their extra hollow abilities as vasto lorde only abilitites
level 6+ after 6th level, the arrancar gains an aditional shikai/bankai ability at each even level, and an aditional hollow ability at each odd level. unlike before, they need to have access to advanced hollow abilities to be able to select them.
