so, as per requests, one copycat fullbringer...
Idea is based around what Ginjo did withouth the direct total power of absorbing everything as that seemed a little extreme.
Fullbringer Copycat (name needs work. Lots of work...)A fullbringer's powers allow them to commune with the souls of all objects, to manipulate their form and size, and draw out their inner powers. A copycat is a fullbringer to whom this talent comes much more naturally, so much they are capable of drawing on the power around them to the same extent as their own fullbring.
Your power is my power. Let's see who uses it betterA copycat is a highly flexible fighter capable of fulfilling most roles. They also have the near unique power to turn an enemies plans back upon them, which can turn many situations in their favour.

Copycat: By resonating with the souls around them, a fullbringer copycat is capable of drawing out and reusing the energy that has met them recently, and harnessing that power themselves.
From 1st level onwards, the copycat is capable of mimicking actions that have occurred recently. Once per turn, they can use any instant duration ability that another creature within 100 ft, so long as that ability is not a bankai ability or equivalent, that was used since their last round. This uses the same action as the ability copied, and in all respects counts as the fullbringer using this ability themselves. This costs the same amount of SEP it cost the original user, before modifiers (such as a metamagic cost reducer, or a high spiritual pressure efficiency.) Cost for enhancements to the ability are still paid.
Spells are duplicated with an assumed caster level equal to character level.
The time the fullbringer has to duplicate the ability increases by 1 round every 2 levels. The fullbringer can only duplicate each ability once until that ability is used again (EG: a 3rd level copycat could copy a fireball on the round it was used or the one thereafter, but not both. If the fireball is cast again, then they can duplicate it again)
If the copycat duplicates an ability with a duration greater than their copycat time frame, then it's duration is reduced to this timeframe.
The copycat must have been aware of the abilities use to duplicate it. The copycat can duplicate any number of abilities a turn.
Abilities which are the trigger for multiple other abilities (such as a shinigami's Shikai/Bankai activations) cannot be duplicated.
Adaptability: The copycat is capable of resonating with the souls of other objects, drawing out their power as if they themselves where the owner. If a copycat of 1st level or higher is in possession of a spiritual item such as a zanpakuto or quincy cross, they can activate it as if they where it's normal wielder. They are still limited to all of the restrictions of the item in question. They cannot activate abilities such as Bankai or Ressureción using this ability.
Power Absorption: The copycat is capable of manipulating the souls of other beings to such an extent they can temporarily rip fragments away and absorb them into themselves.
From 2nd level, the Copycat can attempt to temporarily drain an ability from those they touch. This is a melee touch attack that uses a standard action. It costs x sep to try and absorb an ability. If the attack hits, then the fullbringer gains use of a random ability of the victim for a number of rounds equal to their copycat level. This can be any spell, feat, spell-like ability or supernatural ability. They cannot absorb class features, but they can absorb zanpakuto abilities and the like. The victim of this attack must also make a will save with a DC equal to 10 + copycat level or loose access to that ability for as long as the fullbringer can use it.
The fullbringer can attempt to steal a specific power that they know the target possesses. In this case, they must make a knowledge test appropriate for the victim with a DC equal to 10 + ½ the victims level.
The absorbed power is considered part of their fullbring in all respects.
Chain Absorption: from 4th level onwards, when the fullbringer absorbs a power, they open a channel of energy between them, drawing in this stream and threatening to leave the victim a powerless husk.
If the victim of the fullbringer's Power Absorption fails their will save to retain the use of their power, then the fullbringer can immediately attempt to steal another power. This functions as the base ability, except the touch attack is assumed to have hit automatically and the save DC is reduced by 2.
The fullbringer can continue to attempt to absorb more and more power from their victim until they pass their will save.
Perfect Copycat: The fullbringer is so adept at communing with the souls around them they can even draw upon the faintest fragment of power and restore it to what it once was.
From 5th level onwards, the fullbringer is capable of duplicating a power with Copycat more than once. Each subsequent use of the power costs an extra 5 sep.
The power must still have been used within their Copycat time
Level 6+: at every odd numbered level, the time frame for the copycat ability increases by one round (4 rounds at level 7, 5 at level 9, and so on and so forth). At every even numbered level, the time the copycat can maintain an absorbed power by 1 round (level + 1 rounds at level 6, level + 2 rounds at level 8 etc)
Eidetic Recall: The fullbringer is capable of capturing a small fragment of spiritual energy and storing it for a time, ready to unleash when they feel the need.
Whenever the fullbringer duplicates an ability with their Copycat ability or absorbs a power with their Power Absorption ability, they can choose to instead store the power rather than activating it immediately. Once, at any time, the fullbringer can activate this memorised ability exactly as it was when duplicated, including cost, action etc.
They can retain these memorised powers for as long as they desire.
