Behold! This thread is for everyone to suggest feats.
Alright, I would like to suggest a feat. The name and description can be changed, but what it does is important.
Quick Soul Charge Prerequisite: Soul Charge Benefit: A quincy with this feat can absorb Spirit Particles as a swift action instead of a move action. Normal: A quincy spirit charges as a move action
I didn't really realize this was needed until I was helping a friend with his quincy and we realized a problem.
Rapid Shot: A feat most ranged people have. And yet it is a full round action. Thus a Quincy can't charge and shoot on the same turn unless he wants to limit himself.
Opinions?

Quincy have Upwelling Power for free action Spirit Charge return.
Rapid Shot is for standing there and shooting extra shots, not charging. Why are you running into melee with a bow..?

Who said anything about running into melee with a bow?
Rapid shot is for standing there and shooting. Charging is for standing there and shooting, seemed fitting. I didn't see Upwelling power, I'll look again.
Edit: Eh, upwelling works I guess. figured a feat would still be nice (get extra charges and be useful early on)
Upwelling is still better than the suggested feat so its not a balance or power issue.

by charge he means soul charge, not combat charge I hope. though yeah, that's what upwelling spirit is for, or you just hypercharge before you start firing

Rapid Shot is for standing there and shooting extra shots, not charging. Why are you running into melee with a bow..? Psst. I think he means "increase number of stored spirit charges", not "rush in and get slaughtered".

Yes I meant it as a soul charge.
I still think the feat would be nice. One because it helps earlier than Upwelling and even once you got upwelling it could have uses (such as getting extra spirit charge to fill up more)
Edit: I'll try and be more clear...
Spirit Charge cost a move action to absorb particles. A feat would be nice to let them do it as swift.
Upwelling makes it free, but its a lesser charge. Thus both would have a use. One would be useful early on (but weaker since its still a swift action). The other would be useful latter on (free for when you need a swift action).
Together it would let a quincy super charge if he had to.

I do see where you're coming from, though maybe this could be solved by moving upwelling power to an earlier level, saving quinceys a feat they'd all take which would then become useless, as well as making them effective quicker

Feat suggestion:
Spiritual energy augmented defence benefit: the user of this feat can spend spiritual energy as a free action to gain a temporary boost to armour class for 1 round. the cost increases exponentially for each point of ac (eg: 1 for 1 ac, 3 for 2 ac, 6 for 3 ac)
Improved Spiritual energy augmented defence prerequisites: spiritual energy augmented defence benefit: when using spiritual energy agumented defnece, the temporary armour class is doubled

Not sure really. I can see it anywhere between 6 and 10. I disagree that it would be useless however. One quincy ability lets him go overload with overcharged energy so having the ability to charge more would be really nice for that kinda build. Just because you get free spirit charges doesn't mean getting more with a swift action wouldn't be nice. It's like a double spirit charge at high levels and at low levels its a quicker spirit charge. Thus useful for both.

I will consider it, as we're adding the Inner Bow system, this might actually be really good to add.
SPOILER!!!
Inner Bow will shut off Upwelling Power while its on and drain charges.

Alternatively, you could make a feat that allows to a Quincy to tap their SEP for spirit charges as a free action.
Just a thought...
Edit: Better thought. Free action is too nasty. Swift Action?

Got another feat suggestion.
Quickened Fullbring: Think the quick draw version of fullbringing. IE: Manifest weapon as free action instead of swift.

Feat suggestion: Bloodline feats. I was thinking mainly Hollow and Shinigami available to quincy and fullbringers.
Both bloodlines would allow for easier sensing of spirits, with slight differences. Hollow perhaps allowing for detection of entries into Hueco Mundo, while Shinigami giving a bonus to SEP.
