A lot of the shunpo feats need to be gone through and reworked. Feats are going to be focused on* after the classes are done.

I see, well.... I'm planning to be a shunpo master in an upcoming bleach game, so I was wondering if there'd been some temp fix for it or something cause as Shunpo is handled now a level 20 Warrior Shinigami is just as good as the Expert since the class feature caps at level 20. Also, I didn't see a topic for feats, but given that it is almost 3am here.... I'm likely overlooking it.

Actually, there is no different as it stands between an expert shinigami's shunpo and a warrior shinigami's which is kinda disappointing, that was one thing about the older versions of Bleach D20 I liked, when it came to Shunpo, the Expert was, well, the Expert. I shall remember to post in the feats thread next time, sorry about that.
Also, I just noticed that Shunpo was changed to 5ft*character level. Dunno how I missed that.

Sorry for delays, we are very busy past few days due to all the people showing up because of T's game and pointing out changes and things to make.
Between Quincies needed the stuff that is completed, a few things that are done but needed uploading, PrCs needing fixing, certain members ignoring class features and thinking Shinigami sucks, and now shunpo we are a bit slow.
Just a heads up of the work load so you understand.

If you really curious go look at the AC thread's last few pages...
People are claiming the fullbringer is overpowered because it gets a few nice abilities combatwise in exchange for...well...having only that. Most of their class abilities powerup their weapon or fullbring.

uh... I think I will spare myself the repeated face palms and take your word for it. I wasn't trying to rush anything about Shunpo, I was just asking to see if anyone had any quick fixes, since Increased Shunpo had a requirement that could be fulfilled by level 3, but would not grant a benefit till level 4.

Well technically the requirement is also because if you have a poor reflex save as your choice you still meet the pre-reqs. Even still there are a few feats that can be taken earlier than you use them. Consider them "investments" Like specialized and multitype can be taken pre-shikai (given your weapon is always a type, it just doesn't have access to powers). Two-weapon fighting can be taken before you get two weapons. Things like that. So as a quick fix? Just take it early and don't use it or take it when you have it. That feat needs a fix, but its not too horrible. (It's not like it isn't usable) And I realize you aren't rushing us and have been quite polite in your comments. Thus why I felt the need to say something to you about "Hey, if we are slow forgive us here is the issue." Thanks for being understanding and what not.

If you really want Increased Shunpo that badly
Increased Shunpo [Shunpo] Prerequisite: base Reflex save +3 Benefit: You count as two levels higher for Shunpo. Special: You can take this feat multiple times. Its effects stack. Special: If you have Hirenkyaku you instead move an extra 5ft per SC.
and a new feat
Shunpo Adept [Shunpo] Prerequisite: base Reflex save +2 Benefit: You gain the Shunpo or Hierenyaku or Sonido depending on whether you are a Shinigami, a Quincy, or a Hollow respectively. Normal: You do not gain these abilities until later. Special: If you gain these abilities later on you may trade out this feat for any other [Shunpo] feat. Special: At levels 1 and 2 you may use Shunpo or Sonido by spending 3 SEP even though this exceeds your SEP limit per turn.
Reasoning: Now non-Arrancar Hollows can use Sonido and the new Shunpo is relatively balanced at level 1 as it only lets you move 5ft per level. An extra 5ft step at level for a swift action and a feat is not overpowering.

Improved Shunpo Prerequisites: Shunpo/Hirenkyaku when using Shunpo (or equivalent) actions, she can move an additional 10ft for no extra cost. special: this ability can be taken multiple times. The effects stack
Senka Prerequisite: Shunpo 40 feet, Dex 15, Sneak Attack, Shunpo Spring Attack When using Shunpo spring attack, the shinigmi my mke an opposed hide test against her targets spot. If she wins, she may make the charge as though her target was flat footed. This costs either 3 SEP in addition to the cost of Shunpo and Shunpo Spring Atttack. If she uses htis ability on shunpo punce she must pay for each use individually
Shunpo Mobility Prerequisites: Shunpo In any round where the shinigami uses shunpo, they may pay an extra 2 SEP to gain a bonus to AC equal to the distance moved/10ft against the first attack made against them next round Special: This feat counts as mobility for the purpose of prerequisites.
Improved Shunpo Mobility Prerequisites: Shunpo mobility, shunpo 50+ the AC bonus from shunpo mobility applies to every atack until the start of her next round.
Shunpo Spring Attack Prerequisites: base attack bonus 6+, Mobility, Shunpo 30 ft As a full round action, she may use Shunpo to make a charge action, then overrun past the foe in the speed of light. They make a standard charge action, using Shunpo instead of her normal movement. She does not need to be able to draw a strait line to the target. The images persist for up to a minute so long as she keeps moving at least 20ft of Shunpo a turn. If in any round she did not move far enough, the mirror images fade at the start of her next round. Because this comes from speed, it is not effected by true seeing or see invisibility.
Shunpo Dodge Prerequisites: Shunpo 40ft, shunpo trail or blur whenever the shinigami comes under attack, she may use Shunpo dodge as an immediate by paying 5 SEP. The attacker must make two attack rolls, and take the lowest as their result. Against abilities that allow reflex saves, the shinigami may instead roll two saves, taking the highest. This has no effect against abilities that inflict will or fortitude saves. This consumes her use of shunpo for the next round. She counts as having moved 40ft with shunpo for abilities that rely one movement. Special: the shinigami may instead use Shunpo blur or trail as an immediate action, instead of forcing the enemy to reroll. They must pay ½ the cost of the second ability as well as shunpo dodge, and must be able to move 60ft to use this option.
Shunpo Counter Prerequisites: Shunpo dodge, base attack bonus 6+ When using shunpo dodge, the shinigami may pay an extra 2 sep to make an attack of opportunity against her assailant, after their attack is resolved. The enemy counts as flat footed for this attack.
Instant Counter Prerequisites:Shunpo Dodge, base attack 8+ The shinigami can pay 5 SEP instead of 2 to have her counter attack hit before the enemies attack.
Shunpo Adjustment Prerequisites: Shunpo dodge, shunpo 60+ after using shunpo dodge, and after the attack is resolved (and shunpo counter etc), the shinigami may move a distance of to ½ her Shunpo distance, using Shunpo.
Shunpo Pounce Prerequisites: Shunpo spring attack, dex 17+ when making a shunpo spring attack, the shinigami may pay an extra 2 sep per attack to make a second charge against any other creature in her shunpo range. She can return to creatures she has hit before if she so desires, so long as she charged one other creature in the intervening time frame. If she uses Senka on this ability, then she must pay for Senka on each attack made. She can choose whether to use Senka on each attack
Shunpo Rend prerequisites: shunpo pounce, BaB 9+ when using shunpo pounce, if she hits a creature more than once, she can rend for zanpakuto damage + 1½ dex modifier
Shunpo Throw Prerequisites: Shunpo spring attack, improved trip When using her shunpo spring attack or shunpo pounce, the shinigami may replace her attack with a trip action against the foe. If she succeeds, then not only is the foe tripped, but they're also thrown up to ¼ shinigami's remaining shunpo distance in a direction of her choice. The distance she can throw them is halved for every size category they are above her, and doubled for every size category smaller
Shunpo Juggernaut Prerequisites: Shunpo spring attack, Improved Bull rush when using her shunpo spring attack or shunpo pounce, and making a bullrush, the shinigami can bullrush creatures of any size, and she gains +1 on the opposed strength test for each 10ft she moved using shunpo. If she spends 3 SEP when Shunpo Juggernaut, and she slams her victim into a wall or any other object that would resist being destroyed by having the creature pushed into it, the creature and the object suffer 2d6 bludgeoning damage, ignoring hardness. If she pays 10 sep, this is increased to 6d6. She can choose whether to use this ability individually on each attack of a shunpo pounce
Shunpo Distraction Prerequisites: Shunpo 60+, Shunpo Trail, able to cast 3rd level kido spell, arrancar level negacións or ginto spells When moving using Shunpo (but not making a shunpo pounce or spring attack), the shinigami can pay an extra 7 SEP to become invisible, and leave a Major Image in her place, moving in the opposite direction. This persists for every round she moves at least 60ft using shunpo, up to a maximum of a minute. If she makes any form of attack, both the invisibility and image vanish she can use both this and Shunpo Trail at one time. If she does so, she creates a number of major images equal to the number of mirror images she would of made.

Can I point out that buxom says it gives a -2 to males in line of site but not one what?
I assume its supposed to be everything, but that can be a bit silly. -2 to notice the tits (spot), -2 to damage? Attack makes sense, damage?
