no. 20: Drop the save boost from augmneting it down to +2 rather than +3 and we're golden (kkeps it in line with the increased spell level, y'see. also, maybe icnrease the ability damage by 1 per 4 SEP, rather than 1d3, or else this could quickly becoeme a save or die/be useless and thus worse than dead since you stil ake up space. no.21 looks good . same comment about save dc, but otherwise good. no 22. 8d6 damage and a really high save dc from a level 2 spell does not a nice combination make. I'd heavily recomend dropping he part about it having the crazy hogh DC ;D

I have followed all your surgestions, BoM. Just had to edit the post.
Just a reminder though, #22 has to split the damage and can't do more than (caster level) dice damage to a single target, with the save negating all damage. It shouldn't be that good. Still, it shows I shouldn't get fancy.

This spell impedes the targett’s nueral pathways, making it harder for them to act. the target is dazed and unable to take any actions other than those identified below. The target is not stunned, so attackers get no special advantage against him.
A Mind-Bound flyer must descend to the closest safe level area below it. An air-breathing swimmer must make for the surface.

missed the second lot... on no 22: actually, the wording is UP to 3 targets, not three targets, meaning it can all be shot at one person if you desire (the change to max caster level works here though) . no 23 and 20 look good

The Shinigami gestures to the sky above, where several orbs of light flare into life, merging into a sphere of destructive energy, before seeking out and chasing the Shinigami’s foes.
The Shinigami creates two balls of light that deals 2d6 damage of an energy type of her choice each. This ball then makes a ranged touch attack against her target, using the shinigami’s to hit bonus, except replacing their dexterity modifier with her reiatsu modifier. If the attack misses, then it is attempted again in the next round, and then on, until the attack hits or the spells duration ends.
Boosted: For each additional 2 SEP spent on the spell, another orb is created. The orb can target either the same creature or another valid target in range.

The Shinigami surrounds herself in a veil of crackling lightning, gathering it around her before launching herself forwards using the cloak as propulsion.
This is a line attack, with a width equal to the casters width. Each creature affected suffers 3d6 lightning damage, and any creature that fails its reflex save must make a fortitude save or be knocked prone. The Shinigami moves to the end of the line after this attack Is complete (or the nearest empty space following the path of the attack) The shinigami does not provoke attacks of opportunity from this movement from enemies she attacks, but she does from any others she moves past. If she is tripped/stopped from moving in any way by the AoO, she is placed prone her target square at the end of the movement, but still completes the movement. Boosted: For each 2 SEP spent on this ability the Shinigami moves an extra 5 ft and increases the damage by 2d6 and the save dc by 1

The Shinigami creates a sleeve of spiritual energy and then imparts it to the foe with a tnder caress. Upon the targets body form symbols of pain and agony that burn away at their life.
The victim is marked with symbols that cause the marked agonyizing pain, inflicting 2d8 negative energy damage when the spell was used and a further 1d8 each of the victims rounds thereafter. At the beginning of each round the victim is entitled to an additional will save to end the effect.
Boosted: For each 2 SEP spent on this ability the initial damage is increased by 1d8 and the save dc by 1 For each 3 sep spent on this ability the secondary damage is increased by 1d8.

I was worried I had completely messed that one up. It is nice to get feed back, so here it goes. @#24: Pretty cool. can't see any issues. @#25: Very neat, but you might want to add that it uses up a move action or something in addtion to casting time. As it stands you can shunpo, move your normal distance and cast this spell all in one round. Which is at least 200 ft at level 6. On the otherhand, maybe it is suppose to make you move further than you would normally be allowed. @#26: I adore this! It is themeatically cool and is strong but not overly powerful. The only thing is, I could equally see it as a Bakudo spell. But hey, it works where it is.

@#25: the improved speed was a planned part of it, hence the fact it has reduced damage to your average level 5 spell (3d6 as opposed to 5) and it can be dangerous to use against to big crowds due to AoOs (also, 30+30+60=120ft ) @#26: eh, it's not really restraining so much as a DoT, as such I saw it as a destructive spell more than a restraining spell

The shinigami creates a connection between himself and the target, reflecting anything that hits his body onto the creature he is linked too. Whilst the spell persists, so long as the target is within close range, the shinigami suffers ½ damage from any attack that deals HP damage, and the target suffers the other half.
This does not effect hp loss from something such as constitution damage, nor the shinigami paying HP by choice. Only HP damage is split.
Boosted: For each 2 extra SEP spent on the spell, the save DC and the duration are increased by 1.
Bakudo 28: tekase zetsuboo shimasu (shackles of dispair) [mind effecting] Incantation: Feel the weight of your crimes. Be restrained by thine own heart. Level: Bakudo 3 Range: Close (25 ft + 5ft per two levels) Target(s): 1 creature/caster level. Duration: 1 round/level Casting time: standard Save: will/half Spell Resistance: Yes
The shinigami draws upon the targets own self-doubt and worries to restrict their actions and slow their movement. If the victim fails their save, then they suffer a -4 penalty on all attack and damage rolls, and all saves.
